Consultation Calls

A brief call to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and decide whether counselling feels like the right next step. Consultation calls are not therapy sessions and are meant to help with fit and next steps.
Consultation calls are typically 15–20 minutes and do not involve clinical assessment or therapeutic intervention.


Individual Counselling (Adults)

One-to-one counselling for adults (18+) focused on emotional wellbeing, coping skills, and personal growth. Sessions may support concerns such as anxiety, stress, mood changes, life transitions, and relationship challenges.


Child & Teen Counselling

This service is for children and teens receiving individual counselling support. Sessions focus on helping young people understand and manage their emotions, build coping skills, and navigate challenges at home, school, or with peers. Counselling that supports families in navigating challenges together, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. Family counselling may include parents and children, siblings, or caregivers, depending on the family’s needs.


Couples Counselling

Support for couples who want to improve communication, navigate conflict, strengthen connection, or work through life transitions. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building emotional safety, and fostering healthier ways of relating.
